Days of Operation: Sunday - Friday. Cosed: Saturdays. Standard Operating Hours: 11am
to 3pm
TRUCK FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM (based on two hours serving time)
$1100+ for most Events within
normal operating hours ($1200+ for Event Participation)
For events longer than two hours and/or do not start at
our typical serving times, the food and beverage minimun will increase.
Additional Charges*: Sales Tax, 15% Service
Charge and Travel Fees (if applicable)
*these charges do not apply toward the $1600 minimum food & beverage
minimum
Permits and Insurance: Client is responsible for all permits necessary for their event location.
Deposit:
50% due at signing of contract
Cancellation Policy
30 or more days prior to the event date, the full deposit
will be refunded.
15-29 days prior to event, 1/2 the depost will be refunded.
4-14 days prior to the event,
the full deposit will be retained by The Gypsy Queen.
3 days or less prior to the event, the full amount of the
event will be retained/owed to The Gypsy Queen.
